This page explains how the BizKelp cleaning-software advisor handles information.

Questionnaire answers

Your questionnaire answers are used in your browser to calculate recommendations. BizKelp does not ask for your name, email address, account, or payment information. Your answers are sent to BizKelp only if you voluntarily submit the feedback form after seeing your matches.

Voluntary feedback

If you voluntarily submit feedback, BizKelp stores your feedback text, the questionnaire answers used to produce your result, the three recommendations shown, the page version, the submission environment, and your browser’s user-agent string. The form does not request your name or email address. This information is used to evaluate and improve the advisor and diagnose problems.

Analytics and performance data

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics. It may process page views, referring pages, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from network information. This data is used to understand whether the site works well and where the experience should improve. Speed Insights is not enabled.

Third-party websites

Recommendation links take you to independent software providers. Their privacy practices apply once you leave BizKelp.

Retention, sharing, and choices

BizKelp does not sell questionnaire answers or feedback. Submitted feedback is retained for up to 24 months so BizKelp can evaluate and improve the advisor, then it is deleted or anonymized. Limited information may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
